Okay.... so if you want to form a queue, you can each have a turn at slapping me silly for not updating in so bloody long!!! Sorry!! :-(
Quite alot has happened in these last few months, but first of all I wanna say a HUGE Happy Birthday to Jijy, who turned 19 on Thursday!!! Hope you had an absolutly amazing birthday hun!! [Even though I know you did because we spoke about it that night lol!].
Speaking of birthdays, I turned 21 on March 27th. My God... I always wondered why people got so shitty about getting older, and now I can see why!! It's like I've completely said goodbye to my childhood now, and it's really horrible! [as shit as it was!]. On a brighter note though, I had an amazing day! And I apologise again, but I will now bore you all with the details!!...
The day started off good, even though I had to get up at 7 cos I had to work, [that's right - I had to work on my 21st birthday!], so I had a shower and all that, and went downstaires for a drink like I do every morning. The whole bloody table was full of cards and pressies! So I really quickly opened as many as I could, and left for work at about 07:58, which was just stupid cos I had to be there at 08:00! lol so anywho, I walked in the doors at work [10 minutes late...] and all the staff started singing Happy Birthday, which was just so embarrassing!! After handover, we went about getting everyone up and dressed and everything, and all the service users just kept singing Happy Birthday! lol anywho, the staff went on our breaks at about 11:00, which is when I got more embarrassed, cos they brought in loads of pressies!!! It was so lovely. Then we served up lunch and everything at about 12:15ish, and the cook gave me some garlic bread :-) lol. At about 1:30, I was hanging out in the lounge with one of the service users, and I noticed my managers walk past holding a box, then all the service users started coming in...I started to get a bit suspicious at this point cos they were all looking at me! lol then my managers walked in behind them with a cake, and everyone started singing Happy Birthday! I went soooo red! lol so then came more pressies and cake. They gave me a lottery ticket, with a 'lucky' ring, and said if I won the 14 million, I had to give them a tenner each! [I'll point out now that I didn't win... I didn't even get one bloody number!! lol].
Anywho, after all that I left at 2 and went to meet my best mate Vik and her daughter in town, too do lunch and some shopping. I can't remember if I bought anything, but I did notice when I got back to the car that there was a " Happy 21st Birthday!" banner on my boot, which I hadn't noticed when I left work! lol after that, everyone was beeping at us and shouting Happy Birthday! That was quite funny.
Anyway, that evening I went out to dinner with my family.I had the chicken - it was good! lol The day was a total success, and I felt like a right princess. I got some absolutly lovely pressies aswell, they included:-
- A huge Me-To-You bear holding a banner with '21' on it, and loads of sparkles and stuff.
- A china Me-To-You photo frame, with 'Happy 21st Birthday' on it.
- A Swarovski crystal crucifix, which is so delicate I'm too scared to wear it! lol.
- Some crystal earrings.
Because I worked the weekend after my birthday, we didn't go out. So we went out last night instead. My God, am I hungover today! lol it was lovely having all my mates in the same place! It's a shame a certain someone wasn't there though :-( I think it is safe to say I drank way to much last night! lol maybe I will add a couple of the pics.
Anyway, on to the site news... I dont have any lol I suck, I know. I've just completely lost interest in the site! Hopefully I will get it back one day! My car has died, so I wont be able to go out much, so maybe I'll get so bored I'll make myself update! lol
I'll try not to leave it to long till my next blog!
